Florida Literacy Book Exchange

Welcome to our book exchange website that connects those who have an excess supply of books with Florida adult education, literacy, and family literacy programs that need books to support their students.

The idea for this site came out of a session at the Florida Literacy Conference in which several community-based literacy providers expressed how difficult it is for them to afford books for their programs. A couple of other providers responded by saying that they had books that were no longer needed which could use a good home. It turned out that there were quite a few programs in this situation without a good way to connect with each other. That is, until now.

We invite you to freely post books that you have to donate or trade. If you are interested in a title that you see in our listing, complete the book request form located in the item description, and your information will be sent to the donor.

Please contact us at info@floridaliteracy.org if you have any questions.

Thanks for your participation and support.
